ORAL Presentation (Online)

  • Acceptance for ORAL presentation at this conference will be based on abstract acceptance. However, authors are advised to submit full papers for a smooth review process simultaneously, except for those who only request ORAL.
  • Accepted abstract will be invited to give the ORAL presentation at the conference, and it will not be published in the proceedings. The conference organizer does not provide ABSTRACT BOOK with ISBN. The ORAL Presentation can be in the form of POSTER or presented in a parallel session.
  • One registration is only valid for one presenter. Other members of the paper should register as attendees.
  • Online presenters will get an e-certificate as an oral presentation and publication depending on their registration options.
  • Onsite/offline presenter will get a certificate as an oral presentation, copy break, lunch, conference kits, and publication depending on their registration options.
  • Kindly send your scanned proof of payment to confirm the presentation slot or paper publication through Online Registration Form. Please also bring this proof of payment and show it during registration (Offline mode).
  • Each presenter is only given 15 minutes of presentation, where 10 minutes for oral and 5 minutes for Q & A.
  • PPT template for presentation is provided. Please only prepare to a maximum of 10 slides only.
  • For online presentations, the video must be recorded by the presenter with a maximum duration of 10 minutes. For keynote speakers, the video duration is a maximum of 20 minutes.
    • It is suggested that the video is saved in mp4 format and in HD (720p) quality.
    • In your video, the material presented and the presenter must be visible to audiences (see an example image for the ORAL presentation Online above).
    • For the convenience of presenters, any software can be used to record videos such as using PowerPoint, ZOOM, CamDesk, Screenr, Camtasia Studio, etc.
    • During the online presentation schedule, the author must be present live for Q & A. Absence for any reason, the accepted full paper for the publication of IOP EES will be canceled and all registration fees are non-refundable.
    • Send the final video with the name: YourShortName_PIDxxxx.mp4 (e.g., JohnMahattan_PID1234.mp4) via Email: [email protected], or upload it to Google Drive.

ORAL Presentation in the Form of POSTER

  • Oral presentation can be in the form of POSTER
  • Poster session will be arranged at Denpasar Room (14:30 – 16:30 WITA) on December 5, 2022
  • Prepare your own poster in the form of Roll Banner or X-Stand Banner (size of 60 cm x 160 cm)
  • There will be a selection of the best posters by the panel
